Part of Ithaca & Ulysses collection
Ithaca is an analogue half of the pairing meant to be used on arrival at home – creating a phone-free moment through burn of incense and intentional weight of a luxurious bronze lid.
The project encompasses a carefully finished hand-cast vanity.
1. Come back home after an exhausting day.
2. Take a seat on the couch and scroll to decompress for a bit.
3. A good hour goes by without much notice and actual rest.

Manual processing complete.
Outcome
The object caught attention of multiple people prior to my graduate show.
Sale pending, with more copies slowly on the way.
Really satisfied with the outcome of this piece due to finishing quality, material properties and learning a lot about casting .
